Any product will be accepted for return if the following conditions are met:

If an important part of the product you ordered is missing.
No product will be returned without an unboxing video.
Special Note:
If there is a problem with the product, you must contact our helpline within 24/48 hours of delivery or submit a return request. Of course, after receiving any product, i.e., while unboxing the product, you must keep a video of the unboxing of the product. This will make it easy to confirm the problem with your product later.
Products that are not returnable
Product returns will not be accepted in the following cases outside of our policy:
Used, damaged, or altered products due to the customer's wrong choice or change of mind.
Discount/clearance sale products (unless otherwise specified)
Hygiene or personal care products if the seal is broken.
Return request procedure:
To return a product, follow the steps below:
You must contact Drago Customer Support with a picture of the product or a video of the unboxing of the product.
Provide the order ID and details of the problem.
When returning a product, you must explain to the delivery man without destroying the packaging of the previously unboxed product.
Of course, we will verify the return request and inform you of further instructions, and if the return request is accepted, the customer's product will be delivered within 10/12 working days.
