🔄এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি➡️:

১. প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সময় অবশ্যই একটি Unboxing Video করতে হবে।

২. যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে সেই আনবক্সিং ভিডিওসহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

৩. প্রোডাক্টের Unboxing Video ছাড়া কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

৪. প্রোডাক্টের সমস্যা যাচাই-বাচাই করার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।

1️⃣ আমরা নতুন আরেকটি প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠিয়ে দেব।

2️⃣ কাস্টমারকে সমস্যাযুক্ত প্রোডাক্টটি ভালোভাবে প্যাকেজিং করে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পোঁছে দিতে হবে।

3️⃣ প্রোডাক্টে ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হলে, এক্সচেঞ্জ সংক্রান্ত সব খরচ অর্থাৎ  ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ Drago বহন করবে।
